These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning and property services provided by Renlix. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Renlix
Renlix provides cleaning and property services in the UK.

2. Booking and Service Scope
Services are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking.
If the condition, size, access, or scope of the property differs from what was originally described, Renlix reserves the right to adjust the service, duration, or pricing accordingly.
3. Reasonable Care and Skill
All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Results may vary depending on the condition of the property, materials, and level of build-up.
4. Access, Attendance & Safety
A responsible adult aged 18 or over must be present at the property at the start of the service, unless alternative access arrangements have been agreed in advance (such as a key safe, key handover, or other agreed method of entry).
Where no adult is present and no prior access arrangements have been agreed, Renlix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. A cancellation fee may apply.
If children or vulnerable individuals are present, they must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Pets must be secured or kept under control during the service. Renlix is not responsible for any issues arising from pets that are not appropriately managed.
Customers must inform Renlix in advance of any alarms, security systems, or access restrictions. We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or charges resulting from undisclosed systems or access issues.
Renlix reserves the right to pause or discontinue the service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our team and/or the property.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
- Inform us of anything that may affect the service
- Secure valuables and fragile items
- Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% of the booking value may be charged
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: up to 100% of the booking value may be charged
7. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Renlix reserves the right to withhold or suspend services where payment terms are not met.
8. Complaints and Service Issues
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A re-clean
- A partial refund
- A full refund in rare cases

9. Before & After Photos
Renlix may take before and after photos for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes.
10. Limitations of Service
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, marks, or damage.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Fragile or deteriorated materials
- Results limited by property condition
- Items not disclosed prior to the service
11. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
Renlix reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where:
- The environment is unsafe
- Access is not provided
- The property differs significantly from the booking description
Charges may still apply where time has been reserved and costs have been incurred.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
To the extent permitted by law, Renlix’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
13. Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to future bookings.

16. Pricing & Quotes
All quotes provided by Renlix are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry or booking.
Quotes are intended as a guide price only and may be adjusted where:
- The condition of the property differs from what was described
- The size, layout, or level of build-up requires additional time or work
- Access limitations or restrictions affect the service
- Additional services or areas are requested on arrival
Where a price adjustment is required, we will inform you before continuing with the service wherever possible.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and requirements of the property.
Renlix reserves the right to revise pricing where the scope of work differs materially from the original booking description.
17. Parking, Access Costs & Delays
Where parking charges, permits, congestion charges, tolls, controlled parking, or other access-related costs apply, Renlix reserves the right to pass on those reasonable costs to the customer where they were not included in the original booking.
Customers are responsible for informing Renlix in advance of any parking restrictions, permits, gated access, concierge procedures, building management rules, or other access requirements that may affect the service.
Where parking issues, access delays, or building restrictions prevent us from delivering the service as booked, Renlix reserves the right to adjust the service, reschedule the booking, or revise pricing where appropriate.
