We often send a team of 2 cleaners to complete your service more efficiently and to a higher standard.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — to ensure a thorough and worthwhile service, we have minimum service levels depending on the type of clean.
For standard home cleaning, services typically start from 1.5 hours of work, depending on the property size and condition.
What’s included in the price?
Each service includes a carefully structured checklist covering all essential cleaning tasks.
You can also customise your booking with optional add-ons, allowing you to tailor the service to your exact needs — from inside appliances to more detailed finishing touches.

What types of spaces do you clean?
We clean homes, apartments, offices, Airbnb/short‑let properties, gyms and light post‑renovation spaces. Every clean is tailored to the layout and needs of your property.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes — we can bring our own products and equipment or we can use yours if you prefer. Just let us know your preference when booking.
How does the quote and booking process work?
Submit your details through our booking form. We review the information, send a clear itemised quote, and once approved, we schedule your clean at a time that works for you.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients provide access instructions or leave a key in a secure location. You’re welcome to stay if you prefer — whatever makes you most comfortable.
What if I have a concern after the clean?

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes — weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules are available. Recurring clients receive consistent service and priority booking.
What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers essential surfaces and high‑touch areas. A deep clean includes detailed attention to areas that build up over time, such as skirting boards, inside appliances, and hard‑to‑reach spaces
Do you clean Airbnb or short‑let properties?
Yes — we offer full turnover cleaning and linen change. If you require restocking, items must be provided by you or kept on‑site for our team to use.
