What types of properties do you clean?
We provide cleaning for homes, offices, Airbnb and short-let properties, end of tenancy cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, after-builders cleans and one-off deep cleans. If you are unsure which service best fits your property, send us a few details and we will guide you.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and level of detail required — not just time spent.
We price each clean to ensure the right amount of attention is given to your home, office, or workspace, whether it’s a routine service or a more detailed clean.
This allows us to deliver a consistent, high-quality result rather than rushing to fit within a strict hourly limit.
Will I get one cleaner or a team?
We often send a team of 2 cleaners to complete your service more efficiently and to a higher standard.

Why don’t you charge by the hour?
We focus on delivering results, not just time spent.
Hourly pricing can lead to rushed work or inconsistent standards. Instead, we price each service based on what your home actually needs, ensuring a thorough and high-quality finish every time.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes — we can bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have preferred products or would like us to use items you already have at the property, just let us know when sending your enquiry.
How does the quote and booking process work?
Send us your details using the enquiry form, including the type of clean, property details, and any relevant notes. We review the information, prepare your quote and send it over for approval. Once you are happy to proceed, we confirm your booking.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
Not always. Many clients prefer to be out while the clean is carried out, as long as access to the property has been arranged in advance. If you would rather be present, that is absolutely fine too. Where access is being provided, the responsible person must be aged 18 or over. If you have pets, please ensure they are safely put away in a separate area before the clean begins so our cleaners can work without distraction and because some cleaners may be unable to work around pets.
What happens if I have a concern after the clean?
If you have a concern, please contact us as soon as possible after the clean. We will review the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it fairly and professionally.
